the hotel is super close to many attractions and also the metro station is right outside i love this everything is super clean i felt very welcome here the staff are very nice and helpful i cant wait to return next year to this great hotel the street is very exclusive and safe and has some great boutiques and restaurants.

the morning front desk people were not very nice when checking in and then i was given a room with a broken fridge it took a few calls to get it fixed.

I booked a room well in advance. I requested two beds since I was traveling with a friend, but this detail was completely overlooked. Upon arrival, there was no effort to accommodate my request. I had to pay extra for a rollaway bed. This was a bit of a joke!
