i enjoyed my stay. the staff was helpful, explaining hotel amenities. the room was high standard. breakfast had a great selection of foods. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
i thought the pool was small, not suitable for swimming.

metro station exclusive street helpful staff great boutiques
the hotel is super close to many attractions and also the metro station is right outside i love this everything is super clean i felt very welcome here the staff are very nice and helpful i cant wait to return next year to this great hotel the street is very exclusive and safe and has some great boutiques and restaurants.
the morning front desk people were not very nice when checking in and then i was given a room with a broken fridge it took a few calls to get it fixed.

the rooftop terrace and pool area were enjoyable the area has many places to eat and drink right on the doorstep valet parking provides convenient access to a clean well lit underground car park making arrivals and departures seamless.

breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice of very good quality food the dining area was clean and well organized i appreciate this and the service was attentive making it a perfect start to the day everything was fresh and delicious.

overlooked request extra bed
I booked a room well in advance. I requested two beds since I was traveling with a friend, but this detail was completely overlooked. Upon arrival, there was no effort to accommodate my request. I had to pay extra for a rollaway bed. This was a bit of a joke!

I loved the oversized shower. It felt amazing. the cleanliness of my room really impressed me! the location was also prime. I walked everywhere i wanted to go. i was super happy to find breakfast choices aplenty!
The elevator made some noise at night. It was slight, but noticeable.
