i thought the pool was small, not suitable for swimming.

the hotel is super close to many attractions and also the metro station is right outside i love this everything is super clean i felt very welcome here the staff are very nice and helpful i cant wait to return next year to this great hotel the street is very exclusive and safe and has some great boutiques and restaurants.

the morning front desk people were not very nice when checking in and then i was given a room with a broken fridge it took a few calls to get it fixed.

Underwhelming Stay. Expected More

overlooked request extra bed

I booked a room well in advance. I requested two beds since I was traveling with a friend, but this detail was completely overlooked. Upon arrival, there was no effort to accommodate my request. I had to pay extra for a rollaway bed. This was a bit of a joke!

I loved the oversized shower. It felt amazing. the cleanliness of my room really impressed me! the location was also prime. I walked everywhere i wanted to go. i was super happy to find breakfast choices aplenty!

The elevator made some noise at night. It was slight, but noticeable.
